Paul du Fraysseix joined the Real Estate team at Weinberg Capital Partners as Head of Asset Management in 2019. He is also a member of the ESG Committee.
Paul began his career at Hines France, first as a business development project manager and then as director of asset management.
Paul went on to serve as business development director at Bouygues Immobilier, where he was responsible for the sourcing and structuring of projects for the rehabilitation of existing commercial buildings.
His considerable investment experience and product expertise are decisive advantages to ensure successful execution for the value-add strategy, combining acquisition rigour, active asset management and product repositioning.
Paul is a graduate of EDHEC Business School.
