Mojo is an office building located at 5 rue des Cloÿs, near Montmartre and the town hall of the 18th arrondissement in Paris. Once refurbished, the building will meet the expectations of today’s users in all ways: more than 500 m² of office space, a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views over the roofs of Paris including the Sacré-Cœur basilica, location in a vibrant and eclectic neighbourhood, many services, parking areas, refurbishment in line with the latest environmental standards.

The driving principle behind this investment relates to the post-Covid-19 transformations reshaping the central business district of Paris. Most users are looking for newly built or equivalent refurbished buildings located in vibrant neighbourhoods, including social spaces, terraces with exceptional views and office space per person at the high end of the usual range. Mojo will undergo deep renovation involving a design team led by the architect Franklin Azzi that will allow the building to meet all of these criteria.
