Claims handling policy

In accordance with regulations, Weinberg Capital Partners has established and maintains a procedure for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints from its clients.

Any complaint can be transmitted and processed free of charge to / by Weinberg Capital Partners at the following address :

Conflict of Interest Policy

In accordance with regulations, the management company Weinberg Capital Partners has put in place organizational measures and administrative procedures to detect and manage conflicts of interest that may arise during the implementation of collective management services.

The prevention and management of conflicts of interest within the Management Company fall within the framework of the general principles laid down by the AIFM Directive and its Delegated Regulation, which include the following obligations:

  • establish a conflict of interest management policy;
  • identify conflict of interest situations;
  • maintaining a record of conflict of interest situations encountered;
  • informing clients when conflicts of interest have not been resolved.

Shareholder engagement policy

The Management Company’s shareholder engagement policy falls within the framework of Directive 2017/828, known as “shareholders’ rights”, with a view to promoting the long-term commitment of shareholders and mentioning the following obligations:

  • monitoring of strategy, financial and non-financial performance, risks, capital structure, social and environmental impact and corporate governance;
  • dialogue with investee companies ;
  • cooperation with investee companies and other stakeholders;
  • prevention and management of conflicts of interest;
  • reporting on the shareholder engagement policy.

Compensation policy

The management company Weinberg Capital Partners has a policy on staff remuneration that complies with Article 13 of Directive 2011/61 EU and the ESMA Guidelines 2013/232 published on July 3, 2013 and transposed in France by the AMF in Position Recommendation 2013-11 “Remuneration policies applicable to managers of alternative investment funds”.

This compensation policy is reviewed annually by Weinberg Capital Partners’ management to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, taking into account the size of the Management Company and the Funds it manages, its internal organization and the nature, scope and complexity of its activities.
