“22 Provence” is a 3,360 m² corner building ideally located in the Opéra district, near stations for Lines 7, 8, 9 and 12 of the Paris Metro, just 10 minutes from the Gare du Nord and the Gare Saint-Lazare.
The building was acquired in a private transaction involving a number of owners and multiple parties. A programme of works is being planned to reposition the asset.
“22 Provence” is an asset located in a highly sought-after and central district of Paris. Our approach takes several factors into account. A portion of the value was generated at the start given the acquisition’s complexity. Our business plan for the asset offers a great deal of flexibility, from light renovation to complete refurbishment with a view to obtaining the latest environmental certifications. It is also a subleased asset, thus ensuring its resilience to financial cycles.
