Matthieu Guignard joined the Real Estate team at Weinberg Capital Partners as Fund and Finance Manager in 2022. In this position, his responsibilities include performance monitoring and optimization for funds as well as individual real estate mandates. He assists the team with the deal execution process in relation to financing, legal and structuring aspects. He is also a key contact person for relations with investors.
Matthieu began his career with Saint-Gobain, first as an accounting and consolidation assistant and then as a financial controller. He went on to work at KPMG for three years as a financial auditor for real estate. In this position, he carried out audit assignments for investment funds, listed real estate investment companies and investment banks. He then joined the Real Estate Consulting team at Mazars as a manager, where he carried out high value-added consulting assignments for real estate investment clients relating to structuring, organizational and compliance issues.
