With over 50 years of experience, Sapian (formerly ISS Hygiène & Prévention) is a leading player in B2B hygiene services in France and operates in four segments – air hygiene, sanitation, pest control and fire protection – as part of either preventive or curative strategies.

The company has a highly diversified client base, with more than 48,000 active accounts, including social and private housing providers, companies and local authorities. Sapian is present throughout France via 41 agencies, structured around 10 regional hubs.

Our approach

In 2019, the LBO fund WCP#3 acquired a stake in SAPIAN. Driven by our team and the executive committee chaired by Fabien Sfez, the company launched an ambitious transformation plan marked by the digitalization of its processes, the rollout of new commercial initiatives, and, in 2024, the completion of its first external growth operation with the acquisition of Groupe Vallier, a specialist in wastewater management.

In 2025, Weinberg Capital Partners announced the closing of its first continuation fund, aimed at extending its support for SAPIAN. As part of this transaction, the LBO fund WCP#4 joined SAPIAN’s shareholder consortium, marking its sixth investment.
