Our approach

The acquisition was made “off market” with a French institutional. “Bayen” is an asset that includes solid real estate fundamentals: attractive location, “authentic” building with a freestone facade and green spaces throughout the building. The building is entirely rented by a well-known notarial study and has significant value creation opportunities.
