Founded in 1992 at the initiative of the French government, ADIT (Agence pour la diffusion de l’information technologique) is the French leader in strategic intelligence. Having seen steady growth over the past 20 years, ADIT provides consulting services (strategic studies, due diligence, e-strategy, business diplomacy, etc.) primarily to multinationals (CAC 40 / SBF 120 members), but also to mid-caps.
With our support, ADIT succeeded in considerably expanding its portfolio by focusing on its clients’ internationalization projects and by creating new targeted areas of expertise (business ethics, business security, soft power, cybersecurity) taking advantage of cross-selling opportunities. In addition to this strong organic growth, ADIT completed a number of acquisitions, thereby doubling the size of the company in less than four years while Weinberg Capital Partners was its controlling shareholder.

Active in a sector highly exposed to ethical risks and mainly engaged in strategic missions, ADIT adheres to clear ethical principles and ensures that all those who act in its name comply with them. In its Code of Ethics, ADIT draws attention to the five values that guide all its actions: transparency, legal compliance, honouring commitments, confidentiality and employee loyalty.
