Weinberg Capital Partners welcomes Émilie Lhopitallier as General Secretary

Weinberg Capital Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Émilie Lhopitallier as General Secretary. In this role, she will oversee the company’s financial and legal activities while managing cross-functional operations. Émilie will join the Executive Committee of Weinberg Capital Partners alongside Serge Weinberg, Philippe Klocanas, and Jean-Philippe Olgiati.

Émilie Lhopitallier, 50, has nearly 20 years of experience in private equity. She began her career as a Credit Analyst at Crédit Agricole Indosuez in South Africa. She then joined Mazars and subsequently Ciclad, where she served as General Secretary for nine years. Most recently, she held the position of General Secretary and Director of Administration and Finance at Truffle Capital.

In addition to her professional activities, Émilie has been a board member of France Invest. She founded and chaired the Finance Partners club, bringing together CFOs and General Secretaries of management companies. Émilie also co-chaired the working group “Democratization of Private Equity,” aimed at making the sector more accessible and understandable.

Émilie Lhopitallier is a graduate of AgroParisTech.
