Weinberg Capital Partners announces three new hires
Weinberg Capital Partners announces the arrival of three new talents to strengthen its teams and continue the growth of its activities. Jeremy Cerf joins the investor relations team, Guillaume Martignoni joins the LBO team, and Laure Villepelet is appointed Head of ESG.
Jeremy Cerf joins Weinberg Capital Partners as a Director in the investor relations team. Under the supervision of Alain Biquard, he is responsible for the company’s business development in France and internationally.
Previously, he held the position of Senior Account Manager at Jasmin Capital, which he joined in 2023.

Prior to that, Jeremy worked as a Senior M&A Analyst at RivierAzul Advisors, after starting his career at BNP Paribas in Paris and New York, where he worked as a Structured Finance Analyst and then as a Junior Credit Analyst.
Jeremy holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Engineering from ESSCA and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from emlyon business school.

Guillaume Martignoni joins the LBO team at Weinberg Capital Partners as a Senior Associate.
He is involved in particular in monitoring Montpensier-Arbevel and the ProNet Group, and contributes to identifying new investment opportunities.
Before joining the company, Guillaume spent nearly five years at Mérieux Equity Partners, where he participated in investments in several healthcare companies in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and France.
Previously, he gained experience in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard and in private equity at 3i.
Guillaume is a graduate of emlyon business school.
Laure Villepelet has been appointed Head of ESG. She is responsible for defining and steering the management company’s ESG strategy, as well as supporting portfolio companies in the implementation of their action plans.
She previously served as ESG Director at Tikehau Capital for seven years, where she contributed to the development of an impact investment platform.

Laure began her career at PwC in valuation, first in New York, then in London, before working as a Financial Analyst in Singapore. She then joined the sustainable development team at L’Oréal France.
Laure holds a Master’s degree in Science from Sciences Po Bordeaux and is a CFA® charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst).
