Three promotions within the investment teams at Weinberg Capital Partners
Weinberg Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm in the small- and mid-cap segment, announces three promotions within its investment teams. Maxence Kasper has been promoted to Senior Director, while Camille Rousseau and Flavien Stremler have been appointed as Associate. These promotions reflect Weinberg Capital Partners’ commitment to developing internal talent in a context of strong growth for the firm.
Maxence Kasper joined Weinberg Capital Partners’ Eiréné team in 2023. He has played an active role in several landmark transactions, notably the investments in Chesneau-Serret, Magellium Artal and the ADIT Group. More recently, he contributed to the merger between Chesneau-Serret and LGB, a major add-on acquisition in the defense sector.

Prior to joining Weinberg Capital Partners, Maxence gained solid private equity experience at Gimv, where he held the position of Investment Director.
Maxence holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.

Camille Rousseau joined the LBO team of Weinberg Capital Partners in 2023, after completing a gap-year internship with the firm in 2022.
She is currently involved in the monitoring and development of several portfolio companies, including Albaron, Cosmogen, Montpensier-Arbevel, Sapian and Vertical Sea.
Camille is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and Université Paris-Dauphine.
Flavien Stremler joined the LBO team of Weinberg Capital Partners in 2024, following a final-year internship with the firm in 2023.
He is involved in the monitoring of Summa, Groupe ProNet and marcel&fils portfolio companies.
Flavien is a graduate of EDHEC Business School.
