SAPIAN Group continues its expansion with three acquisitions
SAPIAN Group, one of the leaders in building hygiene and occupant protection services, announces three new acquisitions: Aérolia, Servitec and EC Assainissement. Together they represent combined revenue of more than €10 million. Backed by Weinberg Capital Partners, SAPIAN is strengthening its regional footprint and adding to its expertise. With these three transactions, the group also takes a further step towards becoming a leading player in hygiene and protection services for living and working spaces.
Founded forty-five years ago and acquired from ISS by Weinberg Capital Partners in 2019, the group operates in four business lines: air hygiene, pest control, sanitation and fire protection.
The group acquired Groupe Vallier in 2024, and these three new transactions mark an acceleration of its external growth strategy. This momentum is supported by Weinberg Capital Partners, which renewed its commitment to SAPIAN at the end of 2025 through a continuation fund.
Three complementary acquisitions
Aérolia is a recognised specialist in air hygiene, and its acquisition extends SAPIAN’s presence in northern France, Normandy and eastern France. The combination is a key step in developing a more technical offering, particularly for industrial and commercial clients.
Based in south-west France, Servitec specialises in air hygiene and fire protection. The acquisition strengthens the group’s regional presence and broadens its client portfolio. It also creates commercial and operational synergies with SAPIAN’s teams.
EC Assainissement is a long-established sanitation company in the Ain department, specialising in wastewater purification and treatment. It strengthens the positions of Groupe Vallier, which joined the group in 2024, particularly in the Pays de Gex area. It also adds to the group’s expertise in water and sanitation services.
These acquisitions reflect the group’s ambition to gradually build a set of complementary companies through external growth. SAPIAN brings its commercial strength, regional network and operational resources. In turn, the companies joining the group bring recognised technical know-how and strong positions in their markets.
SAPIAN intends to keep up this momentum, and further acquisitions are already under consideration.
