Our approach
The asset was purchased from a private owner. Its features made it an ideal choice, fully in keeping with our investment philosophy: location in a vibrant and eclectic neighbourhood, good real estate fundamentals, a building with cachet, a rooftop terrace, great views, etc. Minor refurbishment work will be carried out with the aim of obtaining the latest environmental certifications and so as to offer services and the quality of life expected by users.
