Weinberg Capital Partners signs an agreement with the Daher group to acquire its technical containers and shelters business
Weinberg Capital Partners’ WCP Eiréné fund has signed an agreement with the Daher group to acquire its technical containers and shelters business, which primarily serves the defense market. This carve-out opens a new phase of growth for the company, which will become independent under the leadership of its current head, Stéphane Rossignol.
With revenue of more than €30 million, Daher Montrichard Industrie is the French leader in technical containers and shelters, mainly for military applications: standard containers, specialized containers, and technical shelters that protect missiles, engines, radars and communication systems. The company designs, manufactures and maintains its equipment at its production site in Montrichard, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, and has 145 employees.
Drawing on long-standing relationships with major defense players, Daher Montrichard Industrie has established itself as a recognized partner in the most demanding segments of the market, thanks to the excellence of its expertise and its ability to handle complex projects.
The WCP Eiréné fund is thus supporting Daher Montrichard Industrie at a key stage in its development. This partnership is intended to help the company pursue its ambitions: strengthening its presence in its historical markets, winning new segments and customers (particularly in the civil sector and internationally), and exploring new external growth opportunities.
The transaction remains subject to customary conditions precedent, including the required regulatory approvals in the relevant jurisdictions.
