David Lebain joined Weinberg Capital Partners as a Senior Director in 2022.
David has more than 17 years of professional experience in the defense and industry sectors, where he has held operational positions, as well as in the investment field, with public and private players in France and abroad.
He began his career at the Direction Générale de l’Armement (French defense procurement agency), before moving to the Agence des Participations de l’État (French government shareholding agency), where he was in charge of aerospace and defense companies. He then joined Naval Group. Firstly in the strategy and development department, then in the programs department, where he was director of operations in Brazil, then in the Netherlands, before becoming project director for export submarines.
A graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA).
