Company overview

Climater designs, builds, maintains and operates heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems for manufacturing plants, healthcare facilities, residential properties, stores, offices and public establishments. Through its 15 locations, the group is present mainly in the south of France and in the Greater Paris area.

Our approach

Over the six years of our investment period, Climate underwent a dramatic transformation. Under the leadership of Stéphane Gilet, who was joined by Marc Trouchaud, the group’s organization gained greater structure and was strengthened to achieve higher standards of professionalism and efficiency, even though it was already one of the most profitable companies in its sector. It was able to seize larger acquisition opportunities and then integrate the businesses successfully.

Through its CSR approach, Climater demonstrates its commitment to carry out its business activities in HVAC engineering while meeting the expectations of its various stakeholders: clients, employees, suppliers and subcontractors. The group places a priority on developing long-term initiatives that address concerns relating to social, environmental and ethical issues.
