Head of ESG

Laure Villepelet joined Weinberg Capital Partners at the end of 2025 as Head of ESG, after 10 years of experience in sustainable development.

She began her career at PwC in valuation, first in New York and then in London, before working as a Financial Analyst in Singapore. She then joined the sustainable development team at L’Oréal France.

More recently, Laure spent 7 years as ESG Director at Tikehau Capital, where she contributed to the development of an impact investment platform.

Laure holds a Master’s degree in Science from Sciences Po Bordeaux and is a CFA® charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst).
