Alix de Solms joined Weinberg Capital Partners to lead and develop the Private Wealth business in 2026.
Alix began her career at Turenne Groupe before joining Ardian, where she spent 14 years. She held key roles there, initially within the legal department—working on fund structuring and corporate matters—and later alongside the CEO as Chief of Staff.
This career path has given her in-depth expertise in private equity, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the strategic, regulatory and operational dimensions of private markets.
Alix has a Law degree (Panthéon-Assas / Paris-Cité).
