With over 50 years of experience, Sapian (formerly ISS Hygiène & Prévention) is a leading player in B2B hygiene services in France and operates in four segments – air hygiene, sanitation, pest control and fire protection – as part of either preventive or curative strategies.

The company has a highly diversified client base, with more than 48,000 active accounts, including social and private housing providers, companies and local authorities. Sapian is present throughout France via 42 agencies, structured around 10 regional hubs.

Our approach

The Sapian investment aptly illustrates our strategy targeting French mid-caps that stand out in their market thanks to their recognized expertise. We are providing the financial and human resources necessary to ensure successful and lasting growth for the company over the long term. In June 2020, just six months after we acquired a stake in ISS Hygiène & Prévention from the ISS group, the new Sapian brand was launched. With our support, Sapian has continued its development, with highlights including the agreement of a discretionary incentive plan in December 2020, and the roll-out of Praxedo (a field service management tool) to all agencies in December 2021.
