Founded in 2012 by its two Co-founders, Régis Gherardini and Olivier Meyer, who remain at the helm today, I-4S has risen to become France’s leading provider of rapid-deployment tactical shelter solutions. The group designs, manufactures and maintains these solutions and equipment for cutting-edge sectors such as defense, healthcare and civil security, and counts the French armed forces as well as numerous European and international armed forces among its clients, for whom it is a strategic supplier.

The company growth is built on rare expertise (technical textiles, systems integration, engineering and maintenance), strong responsiveness and agility, and end-to-end control of its value chain. In 2025, the acquisition of Becher STP strengthened the group by expanding its capabilities in metal structure assembly and maintenance, while diversifying its client base.

With the arrival of WCP Eiréné fund, I-4S’s leadership will have the support needed to consolidate the group’s position in its established markets, accelerate its development internationally and in new segments, and pursue a targeted external growth strategy.
