Chief Compliance & Risk Officer

Guillaume Varlet joined Weinberg Capital Partners in 2026 as Chief Compliance & Risk Officer.

Guillaume began his career in 2012 within the financial audit department of Deloitte, where he worked for more than five years with investment funds.

In 2017, he joined 99 Advisory / Finegan, a consulting firm specializing in regulatory compliance and internal control. There, he supported asset management companies across various sectors, notably private equity, on audit assignments, strengthening internal control systems, and implementing new regulations.

In 2019, Guillaume joined Truffle Capital, a venture capital management company, as Chief of Middle Office and Risk Controller, before being appointed Chief of Compliance, Internal Control and Risk in 2023.

Guillaume is a graduate of Sciences Po Aix and of the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
