Company overview
Founded in 1993 and led by Philippe Caduc since its inception, the ADIT Group is a key player in economic sovereignty and the European leader in strategic intelligence and international operational support for businesses and states.
Historically a pioneer in strategic intelligence, the group has now positioned itself, after successive acquisitions, as a structured platform centered around five main activity sectors:
- strategic intelligence & business ethics;
- public affairs & strategic communication;
- operational support for international trade;
- security & risk management & consulting (GEOS);
- training & support for sovereignty (DCI).
The ADIT Group is a reference player in the Defense Industrial and Technological Base (called BITD in French), through its historic strategic intelligence activities by which the group supports major French and European defense players, and also through its training and service activities for the armed forces, which have been significantly strengthened with the acquisition of DCI.
With over 2,000 employees worldwide and a consolidated turnover of over 525 million euros, the group is an integrated platform providing strategic and operational support to businesses and states with unique capabilities in its sector.
Our Approach
Alongside the executives and leaders of the group who hold shares, the new board will bring together complementary shareholders: institutional investors and insurers, investment funds, and family offices, including the Eiréné fund managed by Weinberg Capital Partners.
Thus, the group will have significant financial resources as well as strategic French shareholders committed to a sustainable support approach.
In an international environment subject to uncertainty, resurgence of tensions, and power dynamics, businesses and states need trustworthy partners capable of anticipating, controlling, and acting on increasingly complex strategic and competitive situations.
In this context, the group’s ambition for the coming years is to double its size by leveraging these highly promising fundamentals, and by accelerating its international presence through the creation of local entities and external growth.
