“n private equity, which is not my only field of activity, what interests me most is the role that we can play in helping to ensure success for the handing down of family businesses to the next generation. This requires an understanding of the business at hand and the economic and financial issues faced, of course, but also a firm grasp on the human and emotional dimension of this kind of transition.”
