Lionel Mestre joined Weinberg Capital Partners in 2016 as a Partner and LBO Investment Committee member. For six years, he brought to the team his long and diversified experience of the investment industry. In 2023, he became Managing Director of the Eir\u00e9n\u00e9 expertise dedicated to LBO investments in the security and defense sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lionel began his career at PwC in 1995, leaving in 1998 to join PAI Partners, where he led a number of LBO transactions in France and Europe in various sectors over a 10-year period (Saur, Kwik Fit, Antargaz, Saeco, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2008, Lionel joined Butler Capital Partners, where he was named a partner. In this position, he took an active and operational approach to the firm\u2019s portfolio companies. In particular, he worked with NextiraOne, ADIT, Acc\u00e8s Industrie and Partouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021-2022, Lionel was a seminar participant in the 74th national training session of the Institut des Hautes \u00c9tudes de D\u00e9fense Nationale (IHEDN), with a specialization in defence policy. He is a graduate of Universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine-PSL.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
