We therefore have a Management Committee, a Partners Committee, investment committees for each of our areas of expertise, and an ESG Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Management Committee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Management Committee includes the company\u2019s two founders, Serge Weinberg and Philippe Klocanas, together with Jean-Philippe Olgiati, Managing Director \u2013 Real Estate, Emilie Lhopitallier, General Secretary, and Josselin de Roquemaurel, Co-Managing Director of LBO expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Management Committee meets every two weeks and takes all decisions relating to the company\u2019s strategy and organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partners Committee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eight of the company\u2019s Partners serve as members of the Partners Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Partners Committee meets once each month to discuss the company\u2019s latest developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investment committees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have set up an investment committee for each of our areas of expertise. These committees meet as often as necessary to examine the investment proposals put forward by the teams and to monitor all portfolio investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESG Committee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ESG Committee meets once each quarter.
