The company, which is the only player on the market to cover these four segments, employs nearly 1 500 people and relies on a network of 42 agencies. In 2018, ISS H&amp;P achieved a turnover of \u20ac118m from more than 48 000 customers through nearly 600 000 interventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the French Antitrust Authority and the consultation of employee representation bodies.
