Summa, an accounting firm group backed by Weinberg Capital Partners’ WCP#4 LBO fund, announces the integration of new firms, with three new acquisitions and three exclusive deals underway. Driven by an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, Summa is thereby strengthening its presence in \u00cele-de-France and expanding into a new region: Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d’Azur. This strategy is backed by unitranche debt, supplemented by equity from Weinberg Capital Partners, giving Summa the resources to continue its development. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Momentum launched in 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, Weinberg Capital Partners announced its support for the structuring of a new player in the accounting, audit and advisory market. Chaired by Christian Vaingnedroye, Summa was created through the coming together of several independent firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 firms, 17 partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the arrival of these new teams, Summa now brings together 8 independent firms and 17 partners. The group is thereby consolidating its presence in \u00cele-de-France and making its first move into the Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d’Azur region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A clear ambition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Summa intends to continue this growth momentum by integrating new players in other regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This consolidation model directly addresses the profession’s major current challenges: succession, recruitment and accelerating digital transformation. By joining Summa, accounting firms pool their investments and broaden their expertise, while retaining full autonomy in managing their clients and teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New external growth operations, financed by unitranche debt provided by Pictet and equity from Weinberg Capital Partners, will be announced in the coming months, enabling Summa to reach \u20ac30 million in consolidated revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
