It is an office building, built in 1994, with an area of 2,306 square meters divided over five floors, including a ground floor and a garden level. Its location, is an area valued for quality housing with an authentic neighborhood feel, while remaining conveniently located. It is an address close to many public transport stations including the future RER Eole line and the building has 41 secure underground parking spaces. It is currently rented to the Rochelois notarial office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Our approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition was made \u201coff market\u201d with a French institutional. \u201cBayen\u201d is an asset that includes solid real estate fundamentals: attractive location, \u201cauthentic\u201d building with a freestone facade and green spaces throughout the building.
