As a benchmark private operator, R\u00e9sidis offers a credible alternative to social housing, based on a high-quality accommodation service at a competitive price.<br><br>R\u00e9sidis is uniquely positioned as a facilitator committed to improving the quality of life and integration of residents, enabling the Group to benefit from long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Our approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this investment, Weinberg Capital Partners aims to support and facilitate the reintegration of vulnerable populations housed by R\u00e9sidis. The means put in place to achieve this objective are threefold :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>continuous improvement in hospitality services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the development of family-friendly spaces within the apartment buildings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the development of partnerships with non-profits to provide long-term assistance to residents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the impetus of shareholders Metric Capital Partners and Weinberg Capital Partners, R\u00e9sidis acquired its main competitor Logely in early 2024. The combined entity would become the leading provider of shared accommodation in the Paris region, with 19 residences and a market share of over 18% in the region and 11% nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n
