Over the six years of our investment period, Climate underwent a dramatic transformation. Under the leadership of St\u00e9phane Gilet, who was joined by Marc Trouchaud, the group\u2019s organization gained greater structure and was strengthened to achieve higher standards of professionalism and efficiency, even though it was already one of the most profitable companies in its sector. It was able to seize larger acquisition opportunities and then integrate the businesses successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
