A programme of works is being planned to reposition the asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Our approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Collection Parisienne is an asset located in a highly sought-after and central district of Paris. Our approach takes several factors into account. A portion of the value was generated at the start given the acquisition\u2019s complexity. Our business plan for the asset offers a great deal of flexibility, from light renovation to complete refurbishment with a view to obtaining the latest environmental certifications.
