The building was acquired in a private transaction involving a number of owners and multiple parties. A programme of works is being planned to reposition the asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A portion of the value was generated at the start given the acquisition\u2019s complexity. Our business plan for the asset offers a great deal of flexibility, from light renovation to complete refurbishment with a view to obtaining the latest environmental certifications.
