Once refurbished, the building will meet the expectations of today\u2019s users in all ways: more than 500 m\u00b2 of office space, a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views over the roofs of Paris including the Sacr\u00e9-C\u0153ur basilica, location in a vibrant and eclectic neighbourhood, many services, parking areas, refurbishment in line with the latest environmental standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Our approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The driving principle behind this investment relates to the post-Covid-19 transformations reshaping the central business district of Paris. Most users are looking for newly built or equivalent refurbished buildings located in vibrant neighbourhoods, including social spaces, terraces with exceptional views and office space per person at the high end of the usual range. Mojo will undergo deep renovation involving a design team led by the architect Franklin Azzi that will allow the building to meet all of these criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n                <\/div>\n
