At that time, Cosmogen was already one of the leaders in the design of technical applicators, brushes, and accessories for beauty brands. Over the years, Cosmogen has built an extensive catalog of patented products and bespoke solutions. The company is particularly recognized for its ability to deliver application systems that support brands’ differentiation strategies and respond to the growing consumer interest in ritualization and new cosmetic gestures. Cosmogen serves a prestigious client base including major international brands such as L’Or\u00e9al, Clarins, Caudalie, and Dior, as well as high-growth niche brands.

In 2026, Cosmogen acquired Asquan, a specialist in premium multi-category packaging. Asquan has built a leading reputation through a broad offering of multi-category custom products. The company benefits from a strong presence in the United States through its partnerships with highly dynamic independent brands. Asquan is also recognized for the quality of its organization and processes.

The strong complementarity between the two companies is reflected at every level (teams, expertise, product catalog, geographic footprint, customer portfolios, and fabless organization) giving rise to Cosmogen & Asquan Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This investment meets all the criteria sought by the LBO WCP#4 fund: a B2B services company in the beauty sector where Weinberg Capital Partners brings deep expertise, a mature ESG approach, and a model built around client satisfaction. Furthermore, the LBO team, which has completed over 100 external growth transactions for its portfolio companies, will support Cosmogen in consolidating its sector both in France and internationally.
