Company overview
WebForce3 is a leading player in training for the digital professions. It delivers short, intensive and job-oriented training courses (90% placement rate) for the long-term unemployed or currently employed workers who need to acquire new skills in order to find jobs, retain their existing positions or switch jobs. Having long applied a 100% boot camp model (accelerated training), the group has also been offering work-study training courses since the end of 2020 and has set itself the target of quickly increasing the share of this type of learning in its activities to 50%.
As part of its B2C focus, WebForce3 helps its learners obtain financial assistance to reduce their out-of-pocket training costs as much as possible. On the B2B side, it supports HR teams for their recruiting campaigns, creating customized training courses meeting the specific needs of a company or for sectors facing a shortage of qualified workers. WebForce3 also creates inclusive training courses designed for people with disabilities, former prisoners, etc.
Our approach
We are supporting WebForce3 during a new phase in its development, alongside an inspiring and committed management team, which has successfully given shape to a unique, value-creating model within the social and solidarity economy for training in the digital professions. The group thus meets the growing need faced by companies looking for exemplary partners able to assist them with the implementation of their responsible recruitment policies and to boost the digital skills of their employees.
Making a difference
WebForce3 is committed to giving everyone access to training in the digital professions. Its training courses thus help the long-term unemployed return to work and those currently employed to retain their positions while sharing practices nationwide to promote responsible digital transformation. WebForce3’s continuous improvement approach thus contributes to reducing the environmental, economic and social impact of technologies.
Its non-financial objectives are to :
- give everyone access to training in the digital professions;
- help people return to work and stay in their jobs;
- support companies through their transitions by providing their employees with appropriate skills;
- share practices to promote responsible digital transformation across France.
