The WebForce3 Group is a key player in training for digital professions. It provides short, intensive, employment-oriented training for people who have left the job market or are unemployed and who need to acquire new skills to get, maintain or change jobs.
The Group has been present on the work-study market since the end of 2020 and aims to train 50% of students.
The Group addresses a (i) BtoC target, by supporting learners in the search for financing to minimize their remaining costs and (ii) a BtoB target, by creating training courses responding to a need addressed by a company for example. WebForce3 creates, among other things, inclusive training for people with disabilities, former prisoners, etc.
The ambition of WebForce3 is "to support transitions (digital, environmental, etc.) through the provision of new skills accessible to all and throughout life".
Through this ambition, WebForce3 is committed to responding to the various transitions (digital, environmental, etc.) in society that require everyone to train during their lifetime. WebForce3 offers training in digital professions open to all audiences and in particular so-called "fragile" audiences, based on innovative pedagogies.
