WREP#1 expects to capitalize on the increasing convergence between Real Estate and LBO with the help of Weinberg Capital, its exclusive Investment Advisor which also manages an LBO fund and which joined forces with the financial advisory firm Alfina. Its twofold expertise can be leveraged in Real Estate corporate outsourcing transactions, the management of operational property types (car parks, hotels), or build-up of operating companies with strong real estate component (healthcare).
WREP#1 is highly flexible in terms of asset type or transaction profile.
Assets require active management, which we implement directly, with the assistance of local partners if need be.
