  • We target direct investments in France (in Paris region as well as in province), and investments in partnership with local investors in other Euro zone countries.
  • We are interested in assets comprised between €10m and €100m, and are able to structure club deals on larger transactions.
  • We are looking for investments presenting intrinsic value creation opportunities through active asset management.
  • We are particularly interested in sale-leaseback transactions, operational Real Estate, redevelopment opportunities and complex situations.
  • We favor partnerships with operating partners on specific asset types as well as with developers on development schemes.
    • We favor structured real estate outsourcing transactions with owner-occupiers, for which our corporate experience stemming from our LBO activity provides us with a competitive advantage
