Weinberg Capital acquires three office floorplates in Paris central business district

Weinberg Real Estate Partners #1, advised by Weinberg Capital, finalized the acquisition of three office floorplates in an office condominium located in Paris central business district, 105-109 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

The space is fully let to the Trèves group, mostly through 9 years firm leases.

This investment constitutes the fourth transaction of Weinberg Real Estate Partners #1 (WREP#1) since 2010. WREP#1 intends to pursue in 2012 its investments in office, retail and healthcare properties.
