• Benjamin Rousseau-Calisti began his professional career in 2004 in the Debt Capital Markets department at Natixis.
• In 2005, he joined HSBC in the Mergers & Acquisitions department, working on a number of transactions both for French and international sponsors (e.g. Public to Private led by Charterhouse and Chequers on Elior), and for large corporates (e.g. acquisition by Compagnie des Alpes of Sofival). In 2010, he joins Weinberg Capital Partners.
• Benjamin Rousseau-Calisti graduated from Telecom SudParis, where he majored in Finance.
