In so doing, we are eager to stay very close to the managers of our portfolio companies and provide them with constant support and fruitful cooperation.
  • We establish transparent relationships with the managers of our portfolio companies. We are active investors, with Board representations, but we do not substitute ourselves for the management teams that remain in charge of operational and business decisions. We are partners of the managers who invest alongside us, and they benefit from specific incentive schemes.
  • We enable our portfolio companies to benefit from our vast network of professional and personal contacts. Our team has developed numerous relationships in the worlds of industry, services, banking, Private Equity and advisory firms, which support the development of our portfolio companies
