  • Weinberg Capital Partners became a shareholder of Sasa Industrie in January 2007, alongside its management team, through a public to private transaction.
  • Sasa Industrie designs, manufactures and sells cooking equipment for bakeries and the food industry in general in France and abroad. Sasa’s product range includes mesh trays, baking racks, carts and flexible moulds sold under the Flexipan and Silpat brands (being commercialised by Demarle).
