Climater

  • Climater Group studies, design, build, put into service and maintain climate engineering facilities. The Group has become the independent leader of climate engineering companies in South of France, notably thanks to a targeted external growth strategy. The Group has tripled its revenues in only three years.
  • The Group owes its success to a dynamic market environment but also to a highly experienced management, an excellent positioning in the Midi-Pyrénées, PACA and Rhône-Alpes regions, precision in work execution and a relevant organization that combines an operational autonomy with a rigorous inspection of each construction site.
  • Climater employs 450 people and has generated revenues of around €75m during fiscal year 2011, closed in June 30th. Its clients come from the industry and the tertiary sectors, as well as the health industry and the housing and residential sectors.
  • The acquisition by Weinberg Capital Partners will allow Climater Group to further develop organic growth of each subsidiary, to widen the maintenance activity and to keep focusing on a dynamic external growth strategy.
