Pharma Omnium International is a French pharmaceutical laboratory specialized in mature pharmaceutical products. Weinberg Capital Partners’ investment allowed Pharma Omnium to finance the acquisition of Biodim, a laboratory which owns such pharmaceutical products as Témesta and Séresta.
Founded in 1991, Alliance Industrie holds leading positions in the distribution of parts for autos and trucks in two European countries: France and the UK. Alliance Industrie is both a distributor and a central purchasing group. The Group has 90 direct sales outlets and also operates though 800 affiliated outlets federated under the Groupauto Union France and Groupauto Union UK banners.
Weinberg Capital Partners became a shareholder of Sasa Industrie in January 2007, alongside its management team, through a public to private transaction. Sasa Industrie designs, manufactures and sells cooking equipment for bakeries and the food industry in France and abroad.
In April 2007, Weinberg Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Via Location, the second-largest French multi-brand "full-service" rental company for commercial vehicles. Via Location boasts an integrated national network, a complete offer of vehicles and a broad range of services (short- and long-term rental, with or without drivers, fleet maintenance).
In August 2008, Weinberg Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Balitrand, the leading independent distributor of building materials in the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region. With its multi-specialist positioning, Balitrand distributes a large range of products to building professionals (plumbing, sanitation, heating, electricity and hardware) and benefits from a strong notoriety in its market.

Le Groupe Climater intervient dans l’étude, la conception, la réalisation, la mise en service et la maintenance d’installations de génie climatique. Il est devenu le leader indépendant des entreprises de génie climatique du sud de la France notamment grâce à une politique de croissance externe ciblée. Aux côtés de Weinberg Capital Partners qui a pris une participation majoritaire dans le groupe, Stéphane Gilet, Président Directeur Général, ainsi que près de 70 cadres participent au projet.
