Nicolas Teboul joins Weinberg Capital Partners as Vice President

Paris, October 22, 2007

Weinberg Capital Partners strengthens its team with the nomination of Nicolas Teboul as Vice President.

Nicolas Teboul started his career by creating AT2G, an online company specialising in Customer Relationship management in 2000.

He then joined ING Barings in 2001, first in the mergers & acquisitions group, then in its Leveraged Finance team (LBO), where he participated in a number of transactions including the buy-out of Eliokem, SAB Wabco or Un Jour Ailleurs.

In 2004, he joined Barclays Leveraged Finance and later became a Director. Focusing on mid-cap transactions, he led a number of LBO financings including the buy-out of Maisons du Monde, SIA and GSE.

Nicolas Teboul, 29 years old, graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC).
