Buléon Vehicules Industriels (BVI) joins Via Location Group

This operation gives Via Location the opportunity to open a new agency in Kervignac (Brittany)

Based in Brittany, BVI integrates the Via Location group. BVI is a truck rental specialist mainly working with clients from the civil engineering industry, formerly a subsidiary of the family group La Magdeleine. Via Location takes over 100 % of BVI's activities, and two new positions are created (workshop manager and operating manager) on a local level.

Thanks to this acquisition, Via Location reinforces its presence in the Brittany area and enables BVI clients to benefit from the strength of its integrated national network, especially regarding operations and services (maintenance, renting, repairing...).

A regional reinforcement for Via Location

This operation gives Via Location the opportunity to open a new agency soon, 15km away from Lorient in Kervignac district, in order to reinforce its presence on both the local area (Nantes, Rennes, Saint Brieuc et Brest) and national area. The fleet now locally managed by Via Location should thus exceed 1,000 vehicles.

With an integrated workshop, the new site will be located next to strategic points, at the intersection of the Lorient/Vannes and Lorient/Rennes main roads, and will offer BVI and Via Location's clients an optimum service. This key regional positioning also aims at developing a new portfolio of very local clients and at reinforcing Via Location's positioning on BVI's markets.
