Balitrand acquires Technic'eau
July 2011 : Balitrand accelerates its development by acquiring Technic'eau. This multi-specialist distributor (plumbing, sanitation, heating, electricity, …) has 4 outlets which perfectly fit with Balitrand actual network, and enables the group to continue its expansion in Bouches du Rhône and to penetrate a new department, Vaucluse. Thanks to this acquisition and to the opening of a new outlet in Hyères in March 2011, Balitrand operates 27 outlets.
