WREP#1 acquires companies which notably own 3 retail boxes let to Conforama
The real estate fund Weinberg Real Estate Partners 1 ( WREP#1), advised by Weinberg Capital, finalized the acquisition of companies which are in particular indirectly owners of three retail boxes let to Conforama.
These stores, all three located in retail areas and of a respective sales area of 4000 m ², 3500 m ² and 4000 m ² are situated in the cities of Compiègne (ZAC de Jaux-Venette), Charleville-Mézières (ZAC Bois Fortant) and Beauvais (ZAC Saint-Lazare).
With this acquisition, WREP#1 realizes its first investment in the sector of retail real estate. WREP#1, endowed with 85 million euro, has already invested through the "OPCI" Capital Pierre Santé Retraite in the field of private hospitals.
Laurent Halimi, partner of Weinberg Capital Partners, in charge of the real estate department, declared: " these stores, situated in the direct neighbourhood of hypermarkets, are quality assets which benefit from the attractiveness of Conforama and the dynamism of the retail areas in which they are implanted. This acquisition illustrates our will to constitute a diversified portfolio of retail assets. "
