Aymeric Plassard joins Weinberg Capital Partners as Chief Operating Officer

Weinberg Capital Partners is strengthening its teams with the appointment of Aymeric Plassard, who joins WCP as Chief Operating Officer.
Aymeric started his career in 1999 with Audit Synthèse, auditor and charter of accountants firm. In 2001, he joined CPS France (PricewaterhouseCoopers independent Charter of Accountants Division) where he worked during one year as CFO of Sonauto (Porsche and Mitsubishi importer).
He joined in 2002 PAI partners one of Europe's leading private equity funds where he was back office manager of the first LBO funds launched by PAI (PAI LBO Fund - €652 million and PAI Europe III - €1.8 billion). He has been involved in a number of transactions including Yoplait (acquisition), Ipsen (IPO), Panzani-Lustucru (acquisition and disposal), United Biscuits (disposal), Elis (acquisition and disposal), Vivarte (acquisition and disposal) and Saur (acquisition and disposal). In 2009, he joined Weinberg Capital Partners.
Aymeric Plassard graduated from ICS Bégué and holds a Diplôme d'Etudes Comptables et Financières (DECF).
