Weinberg Capital Partners, founded in 2005 at Serge Weinberg’s initiative, is an investment firm specialized in two areas: leveraged buy-outs and real estate.

• Weinberg Capital Partners focuses primarily on acquiring majority stakes through a leveraged buy-out in mid-sized European companies to support their development and expansion projects. Capitalizing on the complementary skills of its partners, Weinberg Capital Partners offers an original approach to investing, combining industrial vision, financial and real estate expertise and operational and management experience.
• Weinberg Real Estate Partners favors investments that require active management: buildings in need for renovation, complex leasing situations, and mixed portfolios. Weinberg Real Estate Partners intend to invest either on its own or with co-investors on large transactions.

The funds managed or advised by Weinberg Capital Partners bring together both financial institutions (mainly banks and insurance groups), and family offices.

Weinberg Capital Partners also joined forces with Alfina, a financial advisory firm, in order to broaden the scope of its services for key investors. This financial product diversification towards multi-management will enable Weinberg Capital to deepen its understanding of business cycles and to better anticipate market trends, key features of a long term investor.
